27 ASPIRE IN THE WORLD FELLOWS 11TH ASPIRE ACADEMY GLOBAL SUMMIT MASTERCLASS (04) MASTERCLASS RafaBenitez Good afternoon. I will introduce Paco de Miguel. He’s my assistant manager and head of performance, and I believe that if you want to be successful, you need a team. So always you need people behind the scenes that are working hard, trying to help with the presentation, with the coaching, and with everything. Thank you for inviting me to the Aspire Fellow Summit. We were in Aspire more than 10 years ago and it was a great experience and we can see that they continue to do well. They are successful because they have good professionals and they are working hard. That is the main thing. I don’t want to talk too much, so I think it’s better if you can see what is going on in the screen and the presentation that we have been working on together for a while. So it’s our vision, our idea, and the way that we can see that football is going on and the evolution of football. It is what it means now and for the future and for you, a lot of young coaches, what you will see andwhat you will do in the next, a few years, no, hopefully a lot of years. So I will try to organize things and then Paco will start with that. We will start talking about more than football and tendencies. I will say again, it’s what we think, what we have seen is our experience. It’s not that we say it has to be like that. You will have your ideas, your opinions, and that is the good thing about football or soccer as Valter was saying. Okay, so here we go. The first rule changed in 2019. People later don’t realize how much this rule changed. When you play with the keeper in the box in the goal kicks it changes everything. The approach of football, now people are pressing higher. Because they know that the other teamwill play short. So the idea is that everybody has to play from the back because if not, you are not a good coach. (Speaking) Rafa Benitez:
