9TH ASPIRE ACADEMY GLOBAL SUMMIT You had a lot of different coaches, which oneswas the oneswho had themost impact on you? De Simone, Marcelo Bielsa, Mourinho, they were all coaches that managed to get the best out from each player, more than 100%. They would make us go beyond our possibilities, just in the moment when you thought you did not have anything more to give, they would be able to take an extra bit out of you. They are excellent coaches; they have an idea of football that is very wide. They know all the dynamics, and they prepare you for everything you can do on the pitch and off the pitch. These are top-level coaches and leaders. About leadership, it is very important but is also fascinating to see howmany different ways there can be to express leadership. Which one is your favorite? There are a lot of different ways to express leadership, for me, I have always been someone who does not speak much. I would like to speak in difficult times, I like to speak through facts, setting the right examples. When my mates would see what I was doing, what I get about that is that they would know I was doing that because is the best thing to do that for the club. So you need to set examples not so much by speaking, but by doing the right things.
