/30 Obviously, when we look up to higher levels, I can’t say how we should all behave. Every board, sporting director and president are different. Some of them have been closer to me, and some of them are more invasive. Some of them didn’t tell me anything, as long as I won matches. It’s a bit of everything and it’s all about common sense. You need to try and prioritize what you have to do in your analysis. It might all look okay, but I need to respect my requirements, what I have to do. And, always with respect, then people will respect you back. I need to convince them as well that we’re all on the same boat. We need to manage that relationship, and we need to convince people at higher levels that this is the way it should be.
