Aspire in the World Fellows Book - 2023

/55 WORKSHOP OUTCOME 2 1) Individual holistic approach based on game model, injury history, regular screening, player profiling, mental aspects, age, background and culture. 2) Training load monitoring as a source of daily and longitudinal decision-making. 3) Clear communication between private, club and national team staff (both ways). 1) The individual process of the player is inside the team process of the club, and they are aligned. What are the different needs that we find in our Academies? 2) The identification of the players needs is coming from a holistic view and the approach is every day. What is the place of the data on this decision making? What is the role of the families on the individual needs’ development? 3) If the needs are aligned to the club values, the game model, the style… how do we prepare the coaches for this vision and working way? 4) Depend on the country (society, history, context…) the needs of the players are different: USA, South America, Europe, Asia… What does the coach have to learn to understand this? 5) Decision making in the club when a player is growing to the next generation team. Which player is growing? Who decides? Which are the benchmarks to grow a player to the next level? Thinking on what? WORKSHOP 2A WORKSHOP 2B TOPIC 2
