/91 What is the best advice that you received in your career? I can give you 100 types of advice that I believe, but every one is different. Everyone sets up his life in a different way with a different target. If you think back when you were a little kid, maybe you still have the same dream or maybe you switched that dream to something different. When I was a kid I set up my life in one way but I never said that way to anyone and I stuck with that and I was lucky. A lot of great things happened to me, and thanks to my parents, to the people with me, my family and God, because it happened to me, but only if you want it. I planned already something in my head when I was six years old, I was dreaming for something. I never shared my dream. I was the little one every time, I’m not big now but I was definitely the little one in everything that I joined. Not the fastest one, not the biggest one, not the best with the feet, but I had something inside. I won a lot and I lost a lot but I’ve never given up. I always strived and looked forward to improve and do better. I always try to learn from my mistakes, from the losses, even though sometimes I was too angry, too selfish and too arrogant to recognize that I was making mistakes. Part of the journey is to raise your hand say, “Well, I’m wrong.” That’s the leadership you’re talking about before. Whenwe talk about passion, wewant to win. As Lopetegui and Inzaghi said: “Nobody is going come here saying, I’m happy with the draw.” How many players and coaches are willing to step on the field and say, “I’m willing to learn today. How can I improve?” You need to put 100% of yourself in what you do. STAR CHAT
